-Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
-Provide solution to clients related to mail setup & technical queries.
-Knowledge of Windows and Linux hosting environment.
-Knowledge of Domain Registration, Web Hosting, Hosting Control Panel, DNS & MX-Record.
-Knowledge of web related technologies.
-Identify the true nature of problems, and provide accurate and timely responses.
-Understand troubleshooting concepts and apply accordingly.
-Good communication skills.
Eligibility: Any Graduate
