- New Joiners Tracking on daily basis across locations
- Master Database Management and daily updating of employees database.
- Documents collection of each candidate for Background check as per client requirements
- Time Sheet Collection and Compilation for Attendance and Payroll
- Other Client Candidates Attendance Preparation / Verification
- Cross verification of Payroll Process
- New Joiners Salary disbursal and Query Resolutions
- Weekly and Monthly Head Count Preparation
- Candidate Time sheet Approval and Invoice process
