Job Description:
The Technical Engineer (TE) is a member of the Software Testing Support & Services team whose overall mission is to focus on technical support through product and services evangelism of Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) & Life Cycle Quality Management (LQM) Tools.
The TE will be focused on providing Customers – technical support on tools, product presentations & tool demos driving the ALM & Software Testing support Services in his territory / region / branch and focusses on technical aspects of related Software Requirement tools, Software Testing tools and solutions including services, consulting and training.
The TE would be responsible for accompanying TSE and TSS for Technical product and services presentations and demonstrations of the Automated Application Life cycle Management (ALM) and Life cycle Quality Management (LQM) Tools.
The TE may progress to the role of Sr. Test Engineer & Testing Manager on showing good performance.
Eligibility: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
Desired:
-Adequate knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle & Software Testing Life cycle.
-Adequate Knowledge of Automation Testing Concepts.
-Knowledge in Functional Testing, regression Testing, Load & Performance Testing, Test Management
-Sound knowledge of Automated tools in ALM & LQM space.
-Working knowledge of Software Testing Tools from Borland would be a Plus.
-Willing to travel local & across India for client support and product presentations and demos.
-Work as a Technical expert in the respective ALM & LQM business line.
-Maintain a consistent & accurate support account with Technical Sales Engineers & Technical Sales Specialists.
-Build credibility of the organization with the customer in the respective specialization.
-Understand & articulate the company’s value proposition in your specialization to the clients.
-Freshers Jobs periodically update your knowledge of the ALM & LQM tools and services.
-Report to the Head Testing/ TSE/ TSS on the day-to-day progress in your region.
-Maintain good relationship with customers to increase customer satisfaction.
-Be a Team player and mentor to the local team of sales specialists.
-Good written, communication & presentation skills is a MUST
