Requirement: Project Manager – Microsoft Technologies

Job Description:
-Involvement in the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design implementation and deployment.
-Work closely with US project managers and development team to produce timely deliverables.
-Delivery of major software deployments, including planning, management of the deployment team, and integration.
-Development of project plans and ensuring that development milestones and cost objectives are met.
-Ensuring that project implementation is consistent with specifications and customer’s requirements.
-Identification and management of customer expectations for deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
-Responsible for technical architecture, design documents, review and quality processes in assigned projects.
-Should be able to write, debug and test code, review code quality and overall project quality.
Desired:
-Atleast 8 years of total experience with 3 years of development experience (.Net) and 2 years of project management experience.
-Must have at least 4 years of previous experience with e-commerce and web applications. Experience in Travel and Healthcare industry is a plus.
-Demonstrated success in managing large, complex, technical projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
-Good knowledge of MS Project and other PM tools.
-Must have strong previous experience with .NET frameworks, hands-on coding experience in .NET is desirable.
-Strong leadership and a good mix of both hands-on technical and management skills are necessary.
-Experience in QA process for complete web based applications.
-Data modeling experience – modeling complex data models.
-Sound knowledge of object oriented programming and database design.
-General consulting, analysis and design, interviewing and presentation skills.
-Excellent people skills, as this person will be the first line of contact with customers.
-Excellent communication skills in English, especially verbal. Must be able to work with customers and other departments within the Company to reach common goals.
-Familiarity with e-commerce.
