Requirement: Flash Programmer/Software Engineer
Job Location: Chennai, Mumbai
Job Description:
-Will be responsible to develop, troubleshoot, and test data players for AICC/SCORM-compliant eLearning projects.
-Will program interactivities for eLearning projects. Will also mentor and lead junior visual programmers.
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Develop well designed software within project schedule to team standards.
-Actively participate in team working on project by making recommendations on how to improve product quality and reliability, as well as group productivity.
-Established interpersonal and organizational skills.
-Must work well in a team oriented environment
-Takes initiative and is willing to expand own horizon
-Willing to accept and provide direction, work well under pressure, and handle multiple tasks.
-Work with leads on the project to determine coding tasks and schedule requirements.
-Creating Flash Engines. Develop Components
Eligibility: Any Graduation Diploma/Certification in Multimedia a plus
Desired:
-Must have 3-6 yrs Experience in handling E-learning projects.
-Expertise in Macromedia Flash MX Actionscript programming
-Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, ASP and XML will be an added advantage.
