-Should have knowledge of desktop troubleshooting.
-Interface with customers via inbound calls or internet for the purpose of resolving routing problems with products or services.
-Principle duties and responsibilities:
-Greet customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
-Listen attentively to customer’s needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy.
-Clarify customer’s requirements, probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
-Position on contract basis.
-Comfortable to work 24 by 7.
