Job Description: Document corporate standards, patterns, and guidelines. Should govern, mentor and train development teams and solution architects in the discipline of technology architecture to ensure sustainability and interoperability between solutions. Should be able to provide design and quality assurance guidance for project teams to ensure software development and acquisition occurs in compliance with corporate standards. Identify opportunities for applying the discipline of re-use across project teams. Facilitate the timely delivery of software solutions that conform to corporate standards, patterns, and guidelines. Perform evaluations of third party tools. Collaborate with Project Teams, the Project Management Office, and Technology Support teams to assist in delivery of solutions. Keep abreast of the changing technology and business environments to monitor impacts on the company and architecture. Provide subject matter expertise on relevant technologies. Assist in the implementation of the technology roadmap for buy and build scenarios.
