Job Description:
-Will be responsible for all hiring activities – projects, refinery, pipeline, etc. – all locations.
-Will be responsible for campus hiring as well as lateral hiring
-Will be responsible for additional HR activities like PMS, employee engagement, etc
Eligibility: MBA/PGDM with HR/IR
Desired:
-Experience in corporate recruitments
-Excellent in sourcing and coordination.
-Must have done campus hiring in the past.
-Preferred from Engineering / Power / Infrastructure / Oil and Gas / Energy companies
