Job Description: 4+ years of experience in J2EE development projects. Strong Skills in HTML / JavaScript / XML. At least 2 projects execution involving Struts/Hibernate. Should have good hold on MVC architecture, whereas PL/SQL skills is desirable (not mandatory) and knowledge of AJAX is desirable (not mandatory). Should have past experience in UML/other modeling techniques will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and good command on English language skills.
