-Java J2EE: Development experience on Web Sphere/Weblogic – WDI
-Using frameworks such as Struts / Swing
-Java Development using JSP, Servlets, Web Services
-XML, XSL, WSAD, C++
-Design experience using Rational Rose
-Database knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL, MS SQL
Eligibility: BE/BTech/MCA/MSc
Desired:
Self-driven and able to take up high responsibilities and total ownership of initiatives
Excellent communication skills (written, oral, presentation)
Strong people/ networking capabilities
