Job Description:

-Experience in full life cycle of recruitment and responsible for smooth functioning of the entire recruitment process.
-Internal & external recruitment.
-Sourcing, screening and short listing of suitable candidate as per the requirement.
-Searching candidates, using various talent search engines like Monster India,      Naukri.com, etc.
-Conducting interviews with candidates to assess their personal and technical skills.
-Follow up with the selected candidates for further procedures.
-Salary negotiations with the candidates.
-Coordinating with other department and send reports.
-Resume generating.
-Maintenance of employee database and updating the records.
-Maintaining attendance and leave records of employees.
-Have to do Business Development for the company.
-Have to travel within Nagpur and nearby areas.
-No time Boundaries.
