- Ability to work on both IT & Non IT recruitments
- Ability to work on all any skills/ domain or verticals
- Ability to learn new process and work effectively to produce the results
- Good knowledge in different skills set
- Good on internet surfing/ job posting in job portals & Head hunting
- Understanding of current day IT technologies
- Understand and qualify client requirements and evaluate candidates against those requirements
- Can work independently and take the initiative to close the positions on given time
- Must be strong in Screening the profiles/ checking duplicates
