Job Description :
-Will work to achieve towards a conducive environment for employee satisfaction ensuring discipline and hygiene is maintained at workplace.
-Proactively Connecting with employees to control attrition
-Partner with Recruitment as a New Joiners SPOC in Hawk & Induction
-Partner with C&B for Performance Management Process Co-ordination (Confirmation, Anniversary, Annual Appraisals), Bank Account formalities, IJP/Transfer Letters of stakeholders.
-Acquiring knowledge & skills of related areas of the process
-Grievances Handling through Skip Level Meetings/Floor Walks/one-on-ones.

-Conducting Employee Fun activities/ Sports &Games Activities; Preparation/Sending Birthday Mailers.
-Exit Process Co-ordination (Activity Handover, Exit Interview, Clearance formalities).
-ER Process Manual adherence (IJP, Transfers, Skip Level Meetings, Performance Appraisal, Grievances Handling, Exits).
-ER Metrics (IJP, Employee Engagement, Skip Level, Performance Appraisal, PIP, Exit Analysis)
-Make effective call backs for no show employees
-Maintaining & updating ER trackers
