Job Description:
-Creating management reports and presentations under the guidance of ED
-Be able to independently follow up on issues and action plans emerging out of ED office
-Be able to organise the ED’s office, information systems and filing etc for optimal output
-Follow up on day to day issues
-Manage calendar and appointments
-Filter calls and interact with external and internal associates
-Co-ordinate with other departments in the organisation as and when required
-Co-ordinate travel arrangements
-Filing claims, expense reports etc
Eligibility: MBA (Marketing, finance)/ ENGINEER – Tier II or Tier III
Desired:
-AGE : Less than 35
-Independent thinker and self driven with high levels of initiative and enthusiasm.
-Meticulous and organized. Extremely developed “eye for detail”
-Fluency in articulation and expression both verbal and written (English)
-Exceptional levels of maturity .Should score well on both EQ and IQ.
-Strong and pleasing personality with superior mannerisms.
-Should be willing to put in long hours – not a “clock watcher”
-Strong networking skills with all levels of management including senior management.
-Inquisitive mind
-Willingness to travel as and when required.
-Highly developed competencies in MS Office applications including power point, excel and word. Shorthand is desirable.
