| Job Description | Functional Role – HR Project Leader 1. Manage internal and external contacts and give general office support like - Greet new comers/ rejoinders, Interview Candidates,etc, and provide directions or information, Introduction - Schedule/cancel appointments and meetings for training, recruitment interviews - Communicate routine and general information to staff, clients, and/or public about standard services, processes, and procedures, and practices to answer routine inquiries or solve routine problems 2. Maintain office files and activity logs of employees (current and past), recruitment, hierarchy, training 3. Manage routine functions like recruitment, data backup, appraisal, resume updation, training, exits, transfer etc 4. Receive, process, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and materials 5. Approve contracts 6. Maintain Employees Attendance & Leave Calculation 7. Maintain access rights for Project VSS. 8. To co-ordinate with the HR PM and Management on HR activities. 9. Define, analyse, approve/re-approve,release and distribute documents related to HR like HR policy to improvise current policies & facilities provided to organization members. |
