Job Description:
- Excellent writing skills, demonstrated through relevant writing samples
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality documentation on schedule
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven engineering environment
- Ability to learn and document technical concepts rapidly without the support of extensive written specifications by participating fully and enthusiastically in the design and development process, interviewing subject matter experts, attending all scheduled and impromptu team meetings, and installing and using local builds
- Intermediate to advanced Frame Maker skills
- Work closely with programmers, project managers, and SQA throughout software development cycle (if the candidate is from IT industry) OR “ability to work with Operation/Process teams to build documentation across Transition and Steady State (candidate from other industry).
- Write and edit website content as per the SEO standards.
- Work with Marketing Communication team to write articles , blogs , press releases , and forum posts for online software promotion.
- Knowledge in DDLC (Document Development Life Cycle).
- Developing Start up Guides, Release Notes, Reference guides, Integration Guides, and User Manuals. Developing and updating SOP and Bulletins.
Qualification: BE, MCA
