Job Description:
-SE/ SSE/ AE / AC will interface with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues over phone.
-Their primary objective is to resolve all customer issues over phone during the first contact by leveraging all available tools and resources.
-To ensure customer satisfaction for the service rendered.
-To perform floor support for all new hires on need basis and ensure disseminating of proper knowledge to all floor agents.
-To maintain high-level adherence to policies and procedures.
Eligibility: Any Graduate
Desired:
-Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation and commitment to customer delight are a must
-Basic Knowledge in Networking and Hardware
-Willing to relocate to the work site in case from another location
-Willing to work in night shifts
-Willing to provide 24/7 support
