Officer MMG Scale-III: At present the total starting emoluments are approx. Rs. 42829/- per
month inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rate.
Officer MMG Scale-II: At present the total starting emoluments are approx. Rs. 32330/- per month inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rate.
Officer JMG Scale-I: At present the total starting emoluments are approx. Rs. 24164/- per month
inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rate.
Office Assistant (Multipurpose): At present the total starting emoluments are approx. Rs.
13372/- per month inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rate.
NOTE: Other allowances & perquisites will be admissible as per the rules of the Bank
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION ( As on 01.04.2011) :
I) POST CODE-01 OFFICER SENIOR MANAGEMENT SCALE-III –
· Degree from a recognised University with the related subject or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
· For Credit Officer – The candidates having degree/diploma in Banking & Finance.
For Marketing/Wealth Management Officer – The candidates having degree/diploma in Marketing/Finance/Banking.
For Chartered Accountant – The candidate should be qualified Chartered Accountant.
· Experience : Minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in any Bank or Financial Institutions in the respective field.
II) POST CODE-02 OFFICER MIDDLE MANAGEMENT SCALE-II –
(I) Security Officer:
- · Degree from a recognised University in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in
aggregate.
· Desirable Experience : Commissioned Officers not below the rank of CAPTAIN in Army or its equivalent in Navy/Air Force who have rendered at least five years military service including ECOs/SSCOs. Officers of the paramilitary forces equivalent to the rank of Captain or above may be considered in the event of non availability of suitable defence
commissioned officer.
(II) IT Officer:
· Degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
· Desirable Experience :
Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.
Experience : One year in Bank/Financial Institution.
(III) Credit Officer:
· Degree from a recognised University in Banking & Finance with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
· Experience : Two years as an officer in Bank or Financial Institution in CreditDepartment in related field.
(IV) (A) Technical Field Officer (Mechanical) – 01 post
· BE/B. Tech (Mechanical) or equivalent.
· One Experience in the field desirable.
· Job Profile: Techno-economy feasibility studies of industrial projects including
infrastructural projects and other credit/expansion activities etc.
(B) Technical Field Officer (Civil) – 01 post
· BE/B. Tech (Civil) or equivalent.
· One Experience in the field desirable.
· Job Profile: Evaluation of Housing Projects, entering into tie-up with builders/developers, independent valuation etc.
(V) Law Officer
· Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
· Experience-
Two years as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period not less than two years.
(VI) Personnel Officer
· MBA in HR or Master Degree in social work (Personnel Management & Labour Law).
Preference will be given to candidates having degree in Law.
· Experience-Two years in Personnel Management.
(VII) General Banking Officer:
· Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
· Preference will be given to the candidates having degree/diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, Commerce and Accountancy.
· Experience: Two years as an officer in Bank or Financial Institution.
III) POST CODE -03 OFFICER JUNIOR MANAGEMENT SCALE-I
(I) Agricultural Officer
· Degree from a recognized University in any discipline in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture or its equivalent, with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
(II) Marketing Officer
· MBA in Marketing/Finance from any Institute or repute.
(II) General Bank Officer
· Bachelor degree of a recognized university in any discipline or its equivalent.
· Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture,
Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy;
- · Proficiency in local language.
- · Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.
IV) POST CODE- 04 OFFICE ASSISTANT(MULTIPURPOSE)
1. Bachelor Degree or its equivalent of a recognized university in any discipline.
