Holding degree of MSW or PG Dip in HRM from a reputed Institute or University, must be fully conversant with industrial and labour laws having experience 3-5 years in similar position. Capable of planning & coordinating all activities in HR for getting optimum productivity and creativity, Define objectives, develop strategies, plans, policies and programmes in the areas of manpower planning, recruitment, training, records administration and employees relations.
