Requirement: Looking for Customer Care Executives with experience in Annuities or Life Insurance for (Back office) operations.

Job Description:
-Reviewing the request received from the customers related to their life insurance
-Review the request for all requirements and send confirmation/rejection to the customer.
-Analyze and research all discrepancies
-Investigate and resolve outstanding items
-Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards
-Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence
-Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules.
Eligibility: Any Graduate
Desired:
-Have more than six months of experience in Annuities or Life Insurance (domestic or international).
-Open to work in night shifts
-Possess Good Knowledge of Insurance principles.
-Actuarial science graduates can also apply
