Job Description:
-Degree / Diploma in Management with 5 to 7 years experience in Service Industry with at least 2 to 3 years experience in Real Estate.
-You will be developing marketing strategies and implement them in association with the advertising & communication agency.
-You should be able to make presentations to clients and prepare plans to penetrate new market verticals and geographic areas.
-You will also be planning for corporate exposures in the Real Estate Forums including Exhibitions, Events and Roadshows.
-Last but not the least, you should be able to manage the sales team and motivate it to achieve ambitious targets, interact with customers and build lasting customer relationships.
