# Make use of the latest tools and technologies.
# 4-8 years Real delivery experience with Java / J2EE in software development with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
# Experience with object oriented analysis/design
# Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring and unit testing
# Participated in full life-cycle development.
# Good understanding of code manipulation and optimization issues.
# Experience in a leadership and mentoring role is an added advantage.
# Knowledge in Agile methodologies will be an added advantage.
# Having worked in ODC development model will be an added advantage.
